Clean & Press with the Kettle Bell!

Hi there!  Check out my latest exercise video featuring the Clean & Press Exercise with the Kettle Bell!  This exercise is great for improving strength and balance, bone health, and will also work some of the major muscle groups in the body, giving you the self confidence you need to show off those toned arms, legs, and back.  


Work this exercise into your normal routine, starting out with sets of 10 on each side the next time you hit the gym!
