Introducing my Youtube Channel!

With the help of my lovely wife, Stephanie, I have created my own Youtube channel where I will post videos during the week with different exercises and health tips.

Check out my first video, The Basic Kettle Bell Exercise where I teach the most basic exercise you can do with a kettle bell which is a great tool to help you get a full body workout in 30 minutes or less!  Stay tuned for more exercises with the kettle bell.
