Vitamin C is Great!!!

One of my favorite vitamins to take for health and immune system boosting is vitamin C.  Preferably taking a buffered more bio-available version such as supplemental sodium ascorbate can help with reducing the extra acidity in the digestive tract.  Taking at least one to three grams a day can be greatly beneficial, as other animals make 15 grams of their own endogenous vitamin C, so the more the better!
