Daily Tip: A Push-Up Spark
Now to consider a simple workout reminder for those who are quite busy or need a spark to start an exercise program. Performing 100 push-ups throughout the day can be a simple way to develop strength and to sustain a level of fitness. Guys might find this simple, but girls you need to do these as well. Girls can do the modified version where you keep the same form as a normal push-up but now you move the pivot point to the knees instead of the toes. Doing daily push-ups can help maintain and even produce lean muscle tissue which can help to burn and utilize more fatty tissue when resting as fat is burned during lower to moderate bouts of activity. Daily exercises like push-ups are just one of the many ways to see the great benefits of exercise, so let's get to work!!
